Welcome Google’s Nexus 5X at just $379

Google recently launched a new LG-made Nexus 5X Android phone which is the newest version of one the most popular phones “Nexus’’.

This new phone has a 5.2 inch display which supports 1080p resolution with 2GB RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor. It has same screen resolution as theprevious version, but with a larger screen. It comes with a powerful battery with 2,700 mAhto support longer use of the device.The most important thing is that itsupports the latest version of Android (Marshmallow) operating system.

Pricefor the phone with 16 GB is $376 and $429 for the one which comes with 32 GB version. Pre orders are open and are also available with a play credit of $50.

Now Google also plans to start after sales service programs in order to take care of its products like we have Apple Care for Apple products.Users will have an option to avail one year extended accidental warranty for just $59.

This new hand set is manufactured with a 12.3-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. Rear camera with the older version had only 8 megapixelsrear. 12.3-megapixel rear camera is an attractive feature for Nexus 5X Android phone. Now we can capture good quality image with Google’s improved camera app. You can also record slow motion videos with this camera.


This new device also supports a fingerprint scanner on the back. This new feature of fingerprint scanner is only supported in the new Android Marshmallow version out of the box.

It makes use of unique type of charger called USB-C connector. The USB-C can transfer the data at faster rate carrying more power, making the handset charge much faster.

Google comprised with LG to create a new standard USB-C support which is also used in the Chromebook Pixel. Apple has also switched to USB-C bandwagon replacing the old charging concept but uses only for small Macbook and not for Mobile phones.
